It’s good to be back with you after a week of being under the weather. I am happy to say that I am feeling good again and ready to review more flavors!

Today we have one of my favorites, Social Smoke Orange! This is a great flavor, brought to you today by BuyHookah BTW. As most of you know, I love me some citrus shisha, so this one is right up my alley. Watch the video and see what you think.

This is a poem I wrote based on the classic, quite a while back. I posted this last year but I wanted to repost it a little earlier this year. Please share this with as many friends as you can. I hope you enjoy it.

T’was the Night before Christmas-Hookah Style

Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse.
The Hookahs were set by the chimney with care,
In hopes that St Nicholas would pull up a chair.

The children were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of plum shisha danced in their heads.
With mamma in her Birkenstocks, I unpacked the case,
We had just lit the coals, and filled up the vase.

When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter,
I sprang from my futon to see what was the matter.
Away to the window I ran in a dash,
Okay, I walked so I wouldn’t spill ash.

And then, in a twinkling, I heard on the roof
The prancing and pawing of a reindeer hoof.
As I drew from my hookah I was turning around,
Down the chimney St Nicholas came with a bound.

He was dressed all in a Sari, from his head to his foot,
And his Sari was tarnished with ashes and soot.
A bundle of Hookahs he had flung on his back,
And he looked like a peddler, just opening his pack.

The hose of a Hookah he held tight in his teeth,
And the smoke it encircled his head like a wreath.
Without hesitation, nay, nary a swipe,
He plugged in his hose to the base of our pipe!

He was chubby and plump, a right jolly old elf,
And he laughed at the sparse stash of shisha on our shelf!
A wink of his eye and a twist of his nose,
He added eight flavors as he pulled from the hose.

He sprang to his sleigh, to his team gave a whistle,
And away they all flew like the down of a thistle.
But I heard him exclaim, ‘ere he drove out of sight,
“Happy Christmas to all, smoke a Hookah tonight!”

Today I look at another Social Smoke flavor, this time Pineapple. I must admit, I am a big pineapple fan. I love the sweetness and tanginess of a good ripe pineapple. This flavor is not a really sweet shisha, but it is definitely right on Pineapple! They really did a good job of hitting this one right on. It is also a really simple flavor, nothing underneath, just good old pineapple. Take a look at the video and see what you think.

So, there you have it. Not an everyday smoke for me, but definitely a great match and a pretty good tasting shisha. Give this one a go.

Good Morning All!

It has been a long time since I have reviewed a Layalina Flavor, so I thought I would give Layalina Eskandarani a try. Like a lot of the Layalina’s I have tried in the 50G, it really lacked any discernible flavor. Definitely not an apple flavor. Take a look at the video and see what you think.

If you’ve tried any of the flavors that I review and have had different experiences, please feel free to comment and call me out. I have definite flavor preferences and sometimes my biases are uncontrollable, so let me know if you have a different opinion.

Good Morning All!

Today, Social Smoke Jasmine takes the attention of this Hookahholic. Now, if you know my videos at all, once again, we are delving into an area of flavor that I really don’t find appealing. When I think of Jasmine, I always think of the song Summer Breeze by Seals and Crofts. This makes me happy! This flavor doesn’t. It’s not bad, mind you, it’s just not my thing. The flavor seems to be pretty right on, I just am not a fan of florals.

So there you have it. Another floral that I don’t necessarily like, but wouldn’t totally throw away, either. If you are a floral fan, give this one a go.

Once again, I get to review a Social Smoke flavor. Today I am trying out Mango. Now, I don’t go out and eat mangoes everyday of the week. In fact, I can’t remember the last time I had a mango. So, don’t take my rating of the matching flavor as seriously as normal. Although I will tell you, this is just well made shisha, as a brand. I am never disappointed in the quality of Social Smoke shisha. Although I don’t know the mango flavor by heart, I really enjoyed the taste of this shisha. Watch the video and give me your thoughts. Here is another Social Smoke flavor for you. As you know if you watch my videos regularly, this would not be a flavor that I normally would like. This is one true exception to my rule. As I say in the video, this reminds me of a Mounds candy bar. This is an exceptional smoke in a flavor that I normally wouldn’t like. Take a look at the video and see what you think. Enjoy the video.

See what I mean. This is a really good coconut. A bit more complex than you would expect from a straight flavor. They definitely hit this one on the head.

You may have noticed in the tabs at the top of our page, there is a new tab entitled “Forum”. Yes, that’s right, Hookahwhisperer.com now has a forum section! Now, it’s no Hookahpro.com or Hookahforum.com, but it is a place to share your knowledge and connect with others in shisha discussions!

Over the next couple of weeks I will be monitoring the progress of the forum because I will need some of you to serve as moderators. Just because I am not an NFL player, doesn’t mean I can’t support Breast Cancer Awareness Month! We will keep our site up as Pink all weekend to honor breast cancer survivors and anyone who has been affected by the disease, and to remind women of this serious disease.

Remember ladies, get yearly mammograms and do regular self examinations to help spot the warning signs of breast cancer. The best way to prevent breast cancer is by being educated and having a plan.
